Our Approach

Estate Agency is a very competitive marketplace filled with established local firms, national brands and more recently online agents. We identified keyword phrases most likely to be used by potential vendors and landlords searching for a local estate agent with an office and good reputation. We designed an internal page structure channel traffic through to enquiry forms. We then built an outreach campaign to boost rankings and supply the funnel with targeted qualified traffic.

We took what was a scatter gun approach to their services and coverage areas and streamlined the business and marketing. We chose to target the most profitable area of their work “driveways” within their immediate vicinity Newcastle. The company had fallen on tough times and needed to lift sales quickly. We focussed our attention on a plan to deliver the lower volume less competitive phrases within a three month window. The main goal was the more competitive “Driveways Newcastle” which was targeted for month six to nine.
